Social Monitoring

What is it

In its essence, the service monitors the web, specifically the most prominent social media websites where people engage in a discussion like Reddit, Twitter, and others. We create a list of keywords used to track and analyze your online brand image and sentiment about the product. Once we find questions or comments relevant to your project’s needs, someone from our team comments under that thread.

How it all works

  1. We identify the key aspects of your project’s online image that we wish to track. Afterward, transform it into keywords that would show us all the activity online related to those aspects. We continuously test and refine the keywords to cover as many relevant mentions as possible.
  1. The mentions chosen by the algorithm appear in front of our team of professional commentators. They are equipped with legitimate and “Warm” accounts and pick the thread most relevant to the current objectives of the marketing campaign. The filters at work:

*blurred is the name of the client protected by NDA

  1. Once the thread is chosen, we leave a comment which must follow these criteria, sound organic, be relevant to the thread, be in line with the marketing goals. It might look like this:

    Twitter

*blurred is the name of the client protected by NDA

Reddit

*blurred is the name of the client protected by NDA

How is it different

This service goes beyond regular shilling because it is not perceived as an advertisement by the user. Moreover, specific aspects of a project’s brand image can be targeted, which contrasts with shilling services that usually worsen the brand image. Also, a marketing campaign can be significantly helped along by this service because they will both translate the same message online.
