Our managers (English language) will support the community and answer questions on the networks: Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook.

Extended Option

Our managers (English language) will support the community through:

• Posting/ Reposting announcements;

• Cross-Sharing social posts from our other channels and newsletter;

• Running polls and encouraging users to take part;

• Asking members questions to engage them (not just "hi", or "welcome");

• Using the correct tone of voice, branded gifs, and emojis;

• Redirecting users to our website and social links;

• Encouraging users to take part in bounties, other programs, etc.
